Mexican Independence!

The fiestas were so amazing for the this day of Independence in Mexico. The food was just incredible, I ate so much I swear I gained the Freshman 15 back! However, it was worth it. We watched many of the performers who were so beautiful I didn't want to leave. As you can tell, I enjoyed taking photos of them too. The dresses, the movement, and the colors were remarkable. The night ended with the Mayor giving a talk, singing, and fireworks with the people of San Jose Del Cabo & when I mean the people...I mean the whole town was almost there! I was too short to see over the hundreds of people for good photos. The fireworks were very unique though!

All and all Mexican Independence is something that everyone should experience, something that not every tourist is able to see.

The next morning was a parade which was all of the school kids in their cute, modest, uniforms while marching down the street and playing their instruments.
